Late Policy:

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "No-Show" and you may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled services. If we are able to continue with your services, you will incur a $15.00 late fee.

Cancelation Policy:

Bec Hair Studio understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requires at least a 48 hour notice for any appointment reschedule or cancelation. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

"No-Call/No-Show" Policy:

If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment and the results are a "No-Call/No-Show" situation, you may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled services.

No Unattended Children Policy

Due to safety considerations, business liability, and limited space children who are not receiving services are not permitted in the salon, unless accompanied and supervised by another adult (who is not receiving services). The salon can be a dangerous and intriguing place for children. It can also be unsafe, filled with hot tools, hot wax, sharp items, and many breakables. For your safety, the child's safety, and mine, please find a sitter during your scheduled hair appointment.
